Journaling, Healing, and Sisterhood: A Special Workshop

This 2025 Women’s History Month, we invite you to join us for a special gathering focused on healing, self-expression, and in community. Rising Filipinas, in collaboration with Kubo LB, Kubo Organizing Project, Make Noise Today, and Anne Esperanzate are hosting a Journaling, Story Booth, and Sound Healing Workshop help teens explore their thoughts and emotions in a supportive space.

Hey girl, we see you. Life can be a lot sometimes, and it helps to have a space for you where you can breathe, reflect, and express yourself. We've created a safe and empowering space where you can write your heart out, share your voice, and vibe with a healing sound bath. Think of it as a day to release stress, connect with your inner self, and be surrounded by an uplifting sisterhood.

What to Expect

💖Guided Journaling Session:
A chance to put thoughts on paper with prompts that encourage self-reflection and personal growth.
💖Make Noise Today Storybooth: An opportunity to share stories and add your voice to a powerful collective project.
💖Sound Bath with Anne Esperanzate: Experience the calming effects of sound therapy to ease stress and promote inner peace.
